Walking Normally After a Month
By Zhao Yuan Beng, Malaysia
I started to feel tired all the time in 2011. My legs were weak and I walked with a limp. I often broke out in cold sweats and my left arm couldn’t move naturally. When I walked, my left hip and knee were in terrible pain and pulled to one side. Doing household chores aggravated my condition.
Iwas diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2012. The doctors who prescribed my medications told me that the drugs could alleviate the symptoms and slow the process of deterioration, but could not cure my illness.
The diagnosis devastated me. Over the next four years, despite the medications, my health declined. By July 2016, the nerve pain in my hips and legs was unbearable. My limp was worse than ever.
Through my sister-in-law, I came to Klang Dragon Spring Bodhi Meditation Center. In July 2016, I signed up for the Energy Bagua foundation class. After seven days in the course, I was less fatigued and I could walk with greater ease. After completing the program, I continued to walk Energy Bagua every night for an hour at the meditation center.
A month later, my legs started to strengthen and the stiffness abated. The pain in my hips and legs vanished along with my limp. My left arm could swing freely. To my utter joy, I could walk steadily like normal people.
My brother and sister-in-law were very surprised when they saw me. They could not believe my improvements within such a short time. I was able to walk normally and at a fast pace. My neighbor was astonished at the changes in me: no more unbalanced steps, no more constant danger of falling. After learning that my turnaround was due to Energy Bagua, my neighbor was keen to practice it.
It has been more than a year of practice and I am showing no signs of deterioration. I am very grateful to Grandmaster JinBodhi for teaching this health-giving meditation method. It has given me back my life. I will continue with my Energy Bagua practice, and with spreading the word of this amazing gift to relatives, friends, and all who suffer health challenges.
