Insight

“Spring has returned.’ wrote poet and novelist Rainer Marla Mike. ‘the Earth is like o child that knows poems.”

Spring is a state that resides within us. We all possess the capacity for renewal and rebirth, and our own poetry of spirit. The soul is ageless and eternal, and thus, as poet Emily Dickinson put it.”We turn not older with years, but newer every day.”

Faith is a state of being that can serve as a perpetual inner spring, a source of strength and compassion. Grandmaster JinBodhi teaches the importance of faith, both in oneself and in a higher consciousness. We explore its power in this issue of Meditation & Health, along with the power of the dragon, whose mighty presence has held sway over the artistic and cultural life of Asia for millennia, and the power of color and light to generate healing and emotional balance. We also turn our attention to the ascendant force that Is menopause, a potent life transition that brings a woman Into greater wisdom and self-determination.

Spring as it exists both within and without is about regeneration, about the ceaseless spiritual opportunity of a fresh start. The teachings and meditation methods of Grandmaster JinBodhi are likewise a continuously open door to a rebirth into Universal love and vibrant health. There is no time but Now.
